Do I need special hardware or access to the vehicle?
No. That is exactly the advantage of OverTheAir: no device, no workshop, no appointment. The VIN is all it takes – the battery data comes directly from the manufacturer.
Which vehicles and manufacturers are supported?
Electric vehicles only, as the traction battery is evaluated. You can see which brands these are here in the list of supported manufacturers.
Can I create several reports per day?
As many as you like. There is no daily limit and no quota – billing is per successful and valid report.
What happens if the manufacturer has no data?
Then you pay nothing and the query remains free of charge. The same applies if the manufacturer only provides values older than six months: the report is marked as free of charge in your history.
How much does a report cost?
A successful report costs €29 net. There is no basic fee, no subscription and no hidden costs – you only pay for reports with a valid result.
